We want to provide you with choice regarding your flight (where possible) particularly with so many great regional connections available now. Furthermore there is occasionally a price difference depending which dates you select for a particular destination.
Please note that flight costs are changeable and subject to availability therefore we suggest that as soon as you have received your Quote and are satisfied with it, you confirm and book your holiday in order to guarantee the cost. Any increase in flight cost will need to be charged to you.
Your Quote will only be valid for a limited period of time and this period of time will be stated clearly on your Quote when you receive it.

IF YOU DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD THE QUOTE IS VALID FOR, YOUR QUOTE WILL EXPIRE AND YOU WILL NEED TO RE-REQUEST THIS INFORMATION.
Once you are satisfied with your Quote which you will receive to your email address, you can confirm your booking online and pay your deposit or full balance (depending on how many weeks prior to departure you are booking your holiday). Directions of how to do this will be included with your Quote.
Please note that we will require your passport details to confirm your booking.
The deposit payment required in order to confirm your holiday is the full price of your flight (your flight will be immediately booked on your behalf), and 20% of the remaining costs. A full breakdown of deposit requirements will be included on your Quote.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to travel and you will be sent a reminder via email.
If you are booking your trip less than 8 weeks prior to travel, full payment will be required and this will be made clear in your Quote.

Fusion Escapes does not have direct access to, or store, credit card / payment details.
Air Travel Operators Licensing (ATOL)
ATOL is a financial protection scheme for air holiday packages and flights managed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). All tour operators and travel firms selling air holiday packages and flights in the UK are required by law to hold a licence called an Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL).
Travellers who are booked and contracted with a licensed tour operator for a complete air holiday package or a flight are protected from losing money or being stranded abroad if their tour operator goes out of business. Refunds can be made to people who cannot travel and arrangements can be made to fly people home.
Please note: The scheme does not protect customers who book their flights independently directly with airlines. If you do wish to book your own flight, do ensure you book with an agent holding an ATOL Licence.

Travel Trust Association (TTA)
By booking with a member of the TTA, you can book your holiday secure in the knowledge that TTA will protect you in the unlikely event of that member becoming insolvent.
Should a member of the Travel Trust Association for any reason financially fail or cease trading, the Travel Trust Association will liaise with the suppliers and Tour Operators to ensure that your holiday goes ahead unaffected. If for any reason this is not possible, we will administer a claim for a refund of money that you have paid to a member for your holiday.
All members of the Travel Trust Association have to abide by the member Code of Conduct to ensure that you receive the best possible service.

Flight cancellation: in many cases your money is non-refundable particularly with the low cost carriers and charter airlines. We will endeavour to apply a name/date change, although this is not always possible. For scheduled airlines, it is sometimes possible to claim back the tax portion of the total cost which we will do on your behalf. This does vary from airline to airline.
If there is a particular trip and date which is now showing as fully booked, don’t despair. Please do contact us and we will take your details so we can let you know if there are any cancellations.
Equally, if there is sufficient interest from individual enquiries regarding a trip which is already fully booked, there may be an opportunity to offer an additional date. Our travel team would be happy to liaise with you should this occasion arise.
Limited availability on the Costs & Availability page is an indicator that there are now probably only 2-3 spaces remaining on that particular date. If you are interested in making a booking and ‘Limited Availability’ is showing, we would encourage you to book and confirm your place quickly. Remember our groups for each trip will not exceed 12 people.
Fusion Escapes work in collaboration with established travel partners who handle large volumes of corporate and exclusive leisure business in their destinations. Therefore hotel rates have been negotiated to ensure you are benefitting from the best rates available at your hotel in your chosen room type.

We aim to offer as much choice as possible when it comes to your travel arrangements and we have suggested flights which best compliment the programme arrangements. (Please refer to the specific programme information for details.)
The London airports, or larger UK airports, are not always accessible or convenient for all guests and many travellers prefer smaller regional terminals closer to their home. By working with scheduled, charter and low cost carriers according to each destination, we hope to give as much choice as possible.
You may, if you prefer, book your own flight, but PLEASE NOTE:
a) if you book directly with the airline, you will not be protected under ATOL regulations (see the section How is my money protected?) and would lose your money if that airline ceased to operate. If you book your flight with an ATOL agent, your money will be protected in such circumstances.
b) if the times do not compliment the timings of the programme (in most cases the first evening dining arrangements) we would not be able to refund you for this portion of the programme.
Having the peace of mind that your ‘home from home’ will be of a standard you expect can be an unsettling and complex part of planning a trip, particularly for single travellers. Relying on star ratings can be misleading as no global hotel rating star system actually exists and ratings are often bestowed on properties from local tourist boards - and we all know they can vary enormously from country to country.
This is where our specialist experience really shows. Fusion Escapes only work with hotels who have not only been accredited with a 4-star deluxe or 5-star rating but who are also part of a larger collection of properties synonymous with excellence (eg. Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Preferred Boutique Hotels) or recognised global chains with smaller, elegant hotels included in their portfolio.
Finally, we ourselves have been guests in every hotel we feature and have handpicked each property.
On all of our Escapes we have incorporated one or two excursions or destination highlights. These handpicked highlights are exclusive yet authentic experiences which are synonymous with that destination.
Dining venues have also been handpicked to provide as much diversity as possible. We have dispensed with what can be the repetitive half or full board package holiday experience and sprinkled the week with trendy, fine dining hot spots as well as charming, casual eateries. We have also left some evenings free for you to explore and sample in your own time. Your Fusion Host will always be on hand to provide you with recommendations and of course to join you, should you wish.
We are aware that this is first and foremost your holiday and we aim to strike a balance between providing memorable highlights without imposing on your leisure time.
First and foremost, Fusion Escapes is not a 'dating' holiday company.
Naturally we cannot predict who will be on each and every holiday however Fusion Escapes is designed for single professionals in their 30's and 40's (with some 'wiggle room' on those ages).
Guests are typically busy, career-minded individuals who value the finer things in life and merely wish to spend some of their holiday time with like-minded people.
We will happily accept bookings from guests who are friends and travelling together, however we kindly ask that no more than 2 people who know one another book on the same trip as this would be unfair on guests who are travelling alone and do not yet know members of the group. Please also note that all rooms are for single occupancy only and we would not provide rates for guests sharing.
There will be a maximum of 12 guests (not including your Fusion Host). We feel that this number invites a good mix of people but also allows for exclusivity and personal service.
This number may vary marginally depending on the destination.
Dates are selected within suitable and popular travel periods for each destination, usually avoiding the busy mid-July to early-August times where places can be saturated with tourists or families. To maintain high standards and exclusivity means there is only a handful of dates. Fusion Escapes is a premium product and we feel that offering weekly dates throughout the season for each destination would lessen the experience.
Destinations have also been selected to offer choice and variation throughout the calendar year.
Your Fusion Host is a travel professional who will be there on site delivering flawless service for the duration of your stay. This means that you have a friendly, knowledgeable, central point of contact for any advice, recommendations or queries. Your Host will also be there for any emergencies, problems or unforeseen change in travel plans (although we do hope you encounter none of those!)
Furthermore, your Fusion Host will be part of the group for any organised excursions and dining, and will be available throughout the days and evenings at leisure, ready to offer suggestions of things to do and restaurants or bars to try. So there is no reason to be alone on your holiday - unless of course you wish to be.
Fusion Escapes does not produce and print a holiday brochure. Like most forward-thinking travel companies, we are moving into the digital age where sending out heavy travel literature is unnecessary when you can see all the information you need online at the click of a button. And of course, you are always welcome to call us with any questions.
