Air & Land City Tour – we take you on an exclusive tour and show you the city from new heights...in a helicopter! Then onto a classic horse and carriage ride through Central Park before jumping on the subway to check out the Big Apple’s most notable attractions!

Brooklyn Walking Tour – taking you outside of Manhattan we stroll across the Brooklyn Bridge and meander through just a few of the neighbourhoods of this cultural-rich borough.  Here you will see such sights as the Botanic Garden, The Brooklyn Museum of Art, Grand Army Plaza, Cadman Plaza, The Brooklyn Public Library and beautiful neighbourhoods that abound with mansions and brownstones. We'll also stroll along the Promenade and take in the breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline before a relaxed lunch.

Nightly dining in the city’s most buzzing restaurants – including the Garage Bar & Restaurant to listen to live jazz in Greenwich Village, experience Asian fusion in the lively Tao Restaurant, and of course we can’t miss out on a great steak house, namely the uber trendy STK Restaurant in none other than the stylish Meatpacking District.

An evening on Broadway – following a pre show dinner, we take you for a night at the theatre to see Broadways 6^th longest running show - The Lion King! Seats are either Orchestra or prime Mezzanine seats so you are guaranteed a great view!

Of course, you will also enjoy plenty of time at leisure and can explore the city as you wish, enjoy some shopping, the museums, stroll around Central Park or simply relax in one of the many coffee shops dotted around the city and watch the hectic world go by....

Getting There

There are number of scheduled routes from the UK to New York with British Airways, Virgin, and American Airlines. We would recommend the following times to compliment the programme. (Based on flights landing in JFK)

London Heathrow – British Airways

Outbound Flight: 11:30 / 14:00

Return Flight:  20:40 / 08:35

London Heathrow – Virgin Atlantic

Outbound Flight: 14:00 / 16:40

Return Flight: 19:20 / 07:40

Manchester – American Airlines

Outbound Flight: 09:50 / 12:40

Return Flight: 19:10 / 07:25

These timings allow you to comfortably pass through airport customs, transfer to the hotel and unpack, relax before meeting other guests for welcome drinks in the hotel. Return flights allow you a full day in New York before transferring to the airport.

• 4 nights bed and breakfast accommodation at the W Hotel Union Square
• Return airport transfer in sedan vehicles or deluxe carriers (depending on number of guests arriving)
• Night 1 - Welcome Drinks Reception at the W Hotel Union Square
• Night 1 - Welcome Dining at Garage Restaurant & Bar including drinks
• Day 2 - Land & Air Tour including 15 minute helicopter ride, horse & carriage ride, subway tickets, coach and professional guide – followed by lunch at city centre restaurant
• Night 2 - Dining at Tao Restaurant including drinks and return transfers
• Day 3 – Walking tour of Brooklyn including lunch at Brooklyn restaurant, professional guide and transfers where required
• Night 3 – Dining at STK Restaurant including drinks and return transfers
• Night 4 – Pre Theatre Dining at city centre restaurant followed by Broadway Show, The Lion King, in either Orchestra or prime Mezzanine seats
• Dedicated services of a Fusion Host of the duration of your stay

Not including flight cost – allow approximately £600+ for your flight depending on airport and date chosen

 NOTE: Dining menus are typically a mini à la carte menu, or varied group menu to give you as much choice as possible for each of the group dining evenings. Drinks will normally include half a bottle of wine per person, or two beers per person, plus coffee and water. Naturally further drinks can be purchased for an additional cost.
